They are definitely one of the smaller poker rooms out there. The good thing about this is you can write notes on every player (they allow you to keep notes using the software) and, after a few days, you’ll have good reads on a lot of the players.
Competition:
One of the best things about GamesGrid Poker, besides the Mac software, is the wild poker games. I was in a 5/10 dealers choice game that had a $100 average pot. That’s over twice as much as a normal average pot should be. The $75nl tables, 1/2 limit tables, and below are pretty tight, but anything above that gets pretty crazy.
Support:
Their support team is average. If you have a simple question, like how to use your cashier or the details of a promotion, they respond to their emails fast. But for something more detailed, like a specific request, it could take up to a few days to get your questions answered. Overall their support is helpful.
