So you want to play in the 2008 World Series of Poker Main event but you don’t want to pay the $10,000 entry fee or even just pay any money to get into a satellite to try and win your way into the Main event. Well lace up your running shoes because it looks like you are going to go for a little bit of a run.
The popular online poker site Full Tilt Poker is having a race to the Main event and what I mean by race is they are going to have different levels of freerolls. They will begin with a level one freeroll which will consist of two different tables consisting of either 225 players or 450 players and they will be available about once every 10 minutes for each table and if you are good enough to get 1st or 2nd then you will receive and entry into Full Tilt’s second level which usually run about 4 a day. The number of entrants that you will average for the round 2 level is on average about 250 players. If you are good enough to beat out your opponents and finish in 1st or 2nd then you will receive another entry that you can use to enter the Main event race final which is held on Sundays. You will average about 400-500 players in the final and if you get in 1st, 2nd or even 3rd then you can start to pack your bags for Las Vegas because you will be playing in the World Series of Poker Main event that starts on July 3rd.
