The popular World Series of Poker Academy has announced a big improvement and it has a lot of amateur poker players jumping on board. Earlier this week the World Series of Poker Academy announced that they will be adding more instructers so that the amateurs will be able to take full advantage of every angle to the popular game of poker. Also the World Series of Poker Academy is going to also give the participants the option to put their experience on layaway. Yes I said layaway.
These improvements to the World Series of Poker Academy are set to start when the Academy hosts an Advanced Academy. The Academy is set to take place at the beautiful Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. The biggest news though is the Advanced Academy is set to take place November 7-8, just two days before the heavily waited for World Series of Poker final table which takes place at the Rio. During this Academy the instructors that are scheduled to be present are Mark Seif, Phil Gordon, Joe Navarro, Alex Outhred and Paul Wasicka. Also the new instructors that will be making their World Series of Poker Academy debut are Sam Chauham, who will teach a seminar on how to reach your optimal poker mindset. Also professor Charley Swayne, who is an expert of poker probability and statistics.
After the World Series of Poker Academy gets finsihed up in Las Vegas, NV, they then head right on over to Atlantic City where they will host another two day event on November 22-23 at the gorgeous Showboat Casino. The instructors that are scheduled to be present during the Atlantic City Academy are Alex Outhred, Hevad Khan, Greg “The Fossil Man” Raymer and again Joe Navarro.
There will be two different costs to these Academies with the Las Vegas, NV Academy costing the most at a total of $1,999 with only $499 due at time of reservation to officially reserve you a spot. During the Atlantic City Academy the cost will only total $1,499 with only $375 due at the time of reservation. The remaining costs must be paid though within the next three months. A statement that came from Jeff Goldenberg of Post Oak Productions, which puts on the World Series of Poker Academy stated “We’re making it easier than ever for poker players to invest in their poker game and become winning players with our Play Now, Pay Later program, Our WSOP Academy events this November will feature some of the biggest names in poker sharing their secrets and strategies. I’m confident our Academy grads will walk away with the confidence and skills they need to be a threat at the table.â€
