Party Poker is being generous with its latest Advent Calendar promo, by offering gifts to all its members who login to their accounts at least once every day. So all you need to do is become a member of Party Poker first and login to claim your free gift before midnight.
Among the range of gifts that Party Poker is offering are free cash rewards of up to $100, Party Points, entry to freeroll tournaments, 300 piece chipsets, along with exciting gadgets like Sony headphones and Kindle Wi-Fi readers. To claim your gift, however, you need to earn a certain number of Party Points and get the gift released.
Members having 3 or more loyalty points, in the bronze level, can claim extra cash prizes up to $10, and the 300 Chip Piece set. All the new members of the site will automatically be awarded the bronze level status. Members in the second loyalty level (Silver), having loyalty points of 15 and up, can get additional prizes of up to $50 and Sony Headphones. To claim the highest cash prize of $100 and the Kindle Wi-Fi, you need to earn at least 30 loyalty points and be a part of the Gold loyalty level.
Keep in mind that the Advent Calendar promotion is offered only to those who hold a real money account with Party Poker. Aim for the Million
Playing for cash at the Party Poker site is not a bad idea. For one, it allows you to get better at the game every day. Second, you get to take part in qualifiers for the upcoming guaranteed tournament, The Million.
The online poker room announced that it would be hosting a mega-million event that guarantees a prize pool of one million dollars. The event will be held at 1:30 pm ET on February 3, 2013, on the site. A total of $1 million is at stake and the direct buy-in for the event is $640. You can buy-in to the tournament directly by spending the $640, or you can use your poker skills to win your way through the event to the final. The choice is yours.
The Million Qualifiers
Those of you who do not want to spend $640 on the buy-in can spend as little as $2 or use your Party Points to win a seat to the Million final events in February. Party Poker is hosting daily and weekly qualifiers for the mega event that offers $1 million in cash. The buy-ins for the qualifiers ranges from as low as $1 to as high as $172 or more. The qualifiers will take place every day through December and January till the event, and would be country specific. Do go through the listings on the Party Poker lobby to participate in the qualifier for your region. Buy-in for the qualifiers can also be made in Party Poker points of either 10 or 25, depending on the time and date of the qualifier. Should you qualify for The Million event on February, you will have a chance to win a big share of the $1 million.
In addition to this event, Party Poker is also hosting qualifiers for the Aussie Millions Main Event in 2013. The qualifiers for the event began in November and will continue till January 6, 2013. While some of the qualifying events are freerolls, some have buy-ins as low as $2 and $8. The winner will be guaranteed one Aussie Millions package that consists of $11,000 buy-in for the Main Event, accommodation for 8 nights, and spending money of $2,500.
